Trainer’s Community of Currency

ABOUT THE COMMUNITY OF CURRENCY:

Our Community are qualified vocational trainers and assessors, falling into two groups.

– Those currently working as trainers and assessors – this group use the Community to meet professional development requirements, to network with fellow training professionals, to mentor those new to the industry and to keep abreast of compliance requirements.

– Those who have completed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and are not yet employed as trainers or assessors as they are looking for employment or waiting for the right time for them.  This group use the Community to ensure that their qualification remains current, that professional development required by the current legislative standards are achieved and to network with those active in the industry.

So, who is ATT:

Active Transition Training (ATT) is a Registered Training Organisation and a premier provider of the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. We understand the challenge of maintaining currency and meeting professional development requirements for trainers and assessors working in the training sector and for those not yet in the industry.

It can be expensive maintaining currency and after an investment to get qualified in the first place, it is our commitment to provide cost effective, practical and relevant professional development.

ATT has at the core of its vision the creation of possibility and making a difference to the outcomes of the people and organisations that it connects with.

Our Community of Currency is designed to create continuing networking and professional development opportunities for trainers and assessors. The Community will provide practice opportunities in core training and assessment skills, exploration and discovery opportunities to challenge and ‘grow’ trainers and assessors and networking opportunities with local industry stakeholders for frank and focused discussion regarding needs, issues and opportunities.

The sessions are delivered by a team of qualified, knowledgeable and experienced VET practitioners who have worked in a diverse range of VET environments and with current expertise in training and assessing the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a range of other vocational qualifications.  ATT facilitators are passionate about training and are genuinely committed to your success.

So, why choose ATT as your learning partner?

We want you to succeed and become the best trainer/assessor that you can possibly be. With this in mind we offer you more face to face delivery time to get you through your qualification and ample time to practice your new skills and knowledge. WE also offer you a unique opportunity to join our “Alumni” so that you can continue to expand on your skills and experiences once you have completed your qualification.
